Forensics.us LLC provides market intelligence and forensic analysis tools for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind.
Forensics.us LLC relies upon the "publisher's exclusion" from the definition of "investment adviser" as provided under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and corresponding state securities laws. As such, the Company does not offer or provide personalized investment advice. To the extent any content, signals, trade cards, or other informational output published through the Service may be deemed to be "investment advice," such information is impersonal and not tailored to the investment needs of any specific person.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses you may incur. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Forensics.us LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Our forensic methodology focuses on United States-listed equities. Most signals will be United States-domiciled companies tradeable across all major United States retail brokers (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, and equivalents).
Occasionally — when the forensic signal is strong enough — we surface a non-United States-domiciled but United States-listed ticker. These tickers carry a country-of-domicile flag on the card, ranking slot, or post so you can see the venue context up front. Confirm trade-eligibility with your broker before acting on any such signal; some brokers restrict certain foreign-listed securities, and we make no representation as to broker availability for any specific name.
Names we know your broker is broadly unable to trade are blocked at the platform level and suppressed from public signal surfaces. Everything else surfaces with the country flag attached — what your venue allows is on you to verify. Full Platform Coverage and Tradeable Universe policy in the full Terms of Service.
