The long pole is Level 5 — Live Case Work — which is rep-gated and calendar-bound: readiness comes from demonstrated consistency across real market sessions, so the full track to CFMA-ready is typically 3–5 months part-time. We frame completion as "method-and-discipline ready," never "profitable in X weeks."
