⚠ Informational Overview — Not a Recommendation This page describes what Forensics.us is and how it operates. Nothing here is a trade recommendation, an offer to buy or sell any security, or personalized investment advice. Forensics.us is a commercial market-intelligence service, not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.
Who We Are
ABOUT FORENSICS.US
Forensics.us is a US market-intelligence platform built for day traders. Every market day it surfaces and scores significant US stock movers, and publishes a sealed daily briefing — applying a real digital-forensic methodology to the market, not just the vocabulary of one.
SECTION 01 📡

WHAT FORENSICS.US IS

A commercial market-intelligence platform for active US equity traders.

Forensics.us continuously screens the US stock market and surfaces the tickers showing significant, out-of-the-ordinary activity — then scores and organizes them so a trader can see, in one place, what the system is watching and how it is weighing it. The public face of that work is a daily pre-market briefing and a live recon snapshot; subscribers get the full board across multiple intelligence modules.

It exists to solve a specific problem: active traders are buried in opinions — X threads, Discord rooms, newsletters, SMS alerts — with no record, no method, and no accountability. Forensics.us replaces the opinion stream with an evidence-first, methodical process that produces the same kind of output every day, on the record.

SECTION 02 🔬

WHY "FORENSIC" — AND WHY IT'S LITERAL

The forensic framing is a working method, not a marketing costume.

Digital forensics is the discipline of reconstructing events from data under a strict standard of evidence: preserve the original, record who touched what and when, and seal the record so it can be verified later. Forensics.us applies that same standard to market intelligence.

🔐
The methodology is real, not cosmetic: the daily record is MD5-sealed and time-stamped, each surfaced signal carries a chain of custody (when it was detected and on what basis), and the briefing is published as a fixed public artifact. That means our output can be checked after the fact — the opposite of a deleted post or an unrecorded alert.

So when we say "forensic," we mean the record-keeping and evidence standard are built into the product — not that we perform forensic science. The metaphor earns its keep because the mechanics behind it are literal.

SECTION 03 🚫

WHAT FORENSICS.US IS NOT

Plain disambiguation, because the name invites the question.
  • Not a forensic-science laboratory or investigator. We do not perform criminal, engineering, medical, or scientific forensic examinations, and we are not affiliated with any firm that does (including similarly named "forensic" companies).
  • Not law enforcement and not affiliated with any government or accredited forensic institution.
  • Not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. We do not manage money, execute trades, or provide personalized investment advice.
  • Not a source of guaranteed outcomes. We publish observations and analysis — never profit promises, performance guarantees, or predictions of what a stock "will" do. Trading involves substantial risk, including total loss.
The word forensic here describes our method of analysis and record-keeping for financial market data — evidence, chain of custody, sealed records — applied to equities trading intelligence.
SECTION 04 🏢

WHO OPERATES IT

Forensics.us LLC — an independent commercial platform.

Forensics.us is built and operated by Forensics.us LLC, an independent company.

The founders of Forensics.us were early adopters of computer forensics, doing the work as far back as the early 1990s. About ten years ago, they realized the same discipline could be turned on the stock market and day trading. Roughly five years ago, they began building Forensics.us around that idea. Today, that methodology is being made available to the public for the first time.

It is a subscription product: transparent tiers, no affiliate pump schemes, no paid promotions of individual tickers, and no incentive tied to whether you trade any particular name. Our compliance posture is deliberately conservative — informational content only, framed to sit squarely within CFTC Rule 4.41 and the SEC's publisher exclusion under Section 202(a)(11)(D).

SEE FOR YOURSELF

Everything above is verifiable from public surfaces.

You don't have to take our word for any of it. The daily briefing is public and sealed; the live recon snapshot shows the board updating through the session, including what the system misses — no cherry-picking. Read the methodology, watch the walkthrough, and judge it yourself.
